March 2019 Newcomer Expatriate Factory Study

In order to let new staff become familiar with the industry as soon as possible, better grasp of product knowledge and production processes. The company arranged for them to go to the factory for a four-day study. The contents of this study include: 1, product process 2, order production process 3, surface auxiliary material identification 4, product quality management 5, sewn process 6, common problems in the production process 7, packaging management and other major elements. Through this study, the newcomers have a comprehensive understanding of the company's main products, for the future work to lay a solid foundation.
